We are Tom and Corrilie! Travelling Torrsome is a portmanteau of our names but the ‘some also represents the wholesomeness we find in travelling.

Our travel journey started at university where we studied Aviation and Tourism. Ironically our meeting took place on a fieldtrip to Greece where we bonded over planes.

Since then, we decided to create a blog not only to capture our travels but to share our expertise and journey. Tom is an aspiring Pilot, and Corrilie is an aspiring writer & lecturer.

Tom is from the countryside and Corrilie is from the city curating a perfect blend of city breaks and slower travels. In essence, we have learnt a lot about each others city/country upbringings and how that shapes our travels.
