Happy New Year fellow Travelling Torrsomes! We’re excited to kick this year off by welcoming you to our new travel space, where in our corner of the internet, we want to share more travel experiences with you and more. 

We have a lot of exciting plans this year that we can’t wait to write about. We’re trying out something different with our travels with a focus more on relaxed breaks, focusing on rejuvenating cottages or huts as opposed to traditional hotels. 

As for what to expect from us, we’ve got a whole host of destinations. We have a lot of trip guides coming up on the UK, our home, particularly around parts of England, spotlighting London, Kent and Cambridge as well as France, Greece, and Portugal all debuting. We also attended The Destinations Show for the first time with our blog which was a great day full of engaging talks, tasty food and travel brands. If this is your first time visiting or you’re looking for new things to do both locally and abroad, we hope our guides will help you.

Our blog is more than just a standard travel blog. As industry professionals and academics, we look to delve deeper into tourism, from industry news to short articles. With our blog in its infancy, we can’t wait to continue growing and providing more travel inspiration and stories.
